My daughter will be doing a grad school internship with one of the professional sports teams in the area. She will be in the area from September 10 - December 21. She is looking for a safe and bug free place to live for the next few months. She has a car and is will be driving back and forth to the Wells Fargo Arena. So the location can be in the Philly / South NJ area. She has a very small dog that she'd like to bring with her. He is crate trained and she will have the crate with her. If worse comes to worse she will leave her dog with me while she's gone.

We don't have a lot of time, so if anyone can suggest an area, have a place or anything that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Karen

That would depend on her budget. There are extended stay hotels that would charge her a monthly rate. They accept small dogs. They have full kitchen in each room.

This is a good suggestion. The company is used to dealing with players and I'm sure Comcast itself has a relocation department given its national presence. I would ask them for assistance, especially considering that this is an internship. They may even have other interns in the same situation and could share some of the costs. Outside of that maybe look at UPenn, Jefferson or other area universities and see what kind of roommate wanted listings you could find.
