We love Leonia...we've experienced the town through activities for our son. It has the community feel with great schools that we're looking for. But we might want to consider Ridgefield or Ridgefield Park because it's cheaper. We work in Manhattan so it's important to stay as close to the city as possible.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Both are pretty good towns and will get you a better commute into the city. Ridgefield Park has the 168T on Main St, and also the 155 and 157 on Main St and Teaneck Rd during rush hours.

Ridgefield has the 165, 166, 168, and 127 to go to NY (there are also a few others). My family has lived there their entire lives, I was raised there and lived there until 2002 and it's a very nice town to live and raise a family. I also have friends who live in Ridgefield Park and Leonia. All are pretty similar but Ridgefield has the most most buses going through to NY so your commute would be easier since there is a bus passing along Broad Ave. every couple of minutes.
