I was looking at renassaince condos in New Brunswick location and I work in midtown - is this location any good? how about fm commute standpoint?
Google map shows New Brusnwick train station is pretty far as to not walkable fm this condo location - is there bus fm lawrence st or rennaisance lane that gets me to midtown?
please share locale and other info and price range for 2BR and 1 bath also. thanks.
stay away from renaissance ln. Its in the ghetto and not easy to the train station. If you are going to live in new brunswick - stay close to the university (college ave and easton ave area) or right in downtown. George St and Nelson St from ALbany ave to roughly New St.
Have you looked into any North Brunswick condos yet? You will most likely be in a safer area and can drive to the Jersey Ave station.
Renassaince Station actually is about a 5min walk to downtown New Brunswick and is a quiet community with a mixed population. You can save thousands by purchasing just a few blocks away from the newly developed area. I recently purchased a condo in the community and I love it.
Renaissance Station is not in a "ghetto" there are no ghettos in New Brunswick New Jersey. Renaissance Station is near Douglas College and enjoys some of the lowest taxes in the state (Fox Lance $2400 per year -check details, some are not). Recently resided entire complex and like any condominium complex some units are well kept others have had minimal improvements and thus prices will vary
any working/respectable adult would stay away from the college ave area. it is not the ideal location for working professionals.
