I had a home inspection done in Milltown by Mark IV Home Inspections (732-831-1111), and I'm having another one done today by Mark as well (electrical and heating issues popped up and we back out of the first deal). Hopefully we'll have a better outcome this time around. But, his name is Mark Bloodgood, and he's one of the only inspectors that will give you you inspection report on the spot, immediately following the inspection, which is a huge plus.
