I am being mailed violations in the mail stating that I went through the ezpass lane. They said I only can dispute one time. Now I have two violations stating that I went through ezpass lane. I wanna know how I go about taking this to court.because I know darn well I never went through no ezpass lanes. I go through exchange lane or cash receipt lane. And some time when I go through exchange it doesn't say thank you. Please I need some answers ASAP.

They will know it simply by showing the video picture of your car with you license plate showing you went through the ezpass lane. You may want to request a copy of the picture that shows your license plate. If it is not your license plate, or not your car--need to look at the picture first. Maybe---who did you lend your car to.

Its' very simple. The picture shows your car going through the EZpass lane. See if they can enlarge the picture so it shows the lane.
The lane were you pay on your own. Yes exchange lane. It's blue.
