Sounds like they made a simple error on the disclosure and you are turning that around like they are thieves.

Also the part I don't understand is that everything BUT the dryer is old (easily 10+ years old)

And hence it made sense that they wanted to take the dryer with them. So may be I am just fretting it for no reason. I thought it was more about the principle somehow. That at first you said you were including it in the sale and just because we didn't list it in our contract now you are claiming that you are keeping them. Oh well... I'll take the refrigerator.

Who makes a simple error by specifically leaving out their newest appliance in the house (dryer - looks practically new) but then claims that nothing is included except all the fixed ones. So no, I don't think it was an error but I am not calling them thieves either.

They didn't list them in the contract. You should be upset with yourself and your lawyer for not seeing this.
