What's wrong with people these days. Why do depressed or troubled individuals who want to commit suicide think of doing so along busy tracks and disturbing the commutes of several people going to work. Is this a case of Narcissism saying "I want to die and the whole world must know about it" , or is it in jealousy and vain. Seriously, this problem needs to be tackled, otherwise ridership levels will start dipping for reasons outside NJ transit's control. Why cant people who want to take their own life do so without involving or disturbing others.

People who commit suicide are not mentally healthy and have very difficult time and life. You are ridiculous and cold hearted thinking that way rather than wishing them to seek help instead of you worrying about delays

I agree with the op. No need to kill yourself in the first place, but if you are, at least be considerate of others.

Must be bad karma if your final act in life is ruining hundreds of peoples day

Why do assume there is no need for anyone to kill themselves?

Everybody doesn't have the "best" life.

I agree with o/p to a point..forget about the delays, thats nonsense! What bugs me is the trauma people on the train especially the engineer have to deal with. The clean up crew...not pretty.

People who commit suicide are not rational people, their life has sunk so low they think suicide is the only way out so I'm sure the trauma they may cause other people does not enter their mind...

Worse yet was the 15 year old last week who commited suicide driving at a high rate of speed on the wrong side of the road..he took 2 totally innocent people to their deaths as well.

Alright, I am reporting this thread due to misunderstanding's. People have started making wrong assumptions about me, and the way I think. I never should have posted this in the first place.
I genuinely feel sorry for those who commit suicide, and wholeheartedly support them for getting help. However, its when they choose to impact the daily lives of other people I get irritated.
