You are debating between an regular E class and a fully loaded E class.
Most builders use the 200 series

Best vinyl windows are Simonton Prism Platinum - Low e and Argon. Also avail in patio door. Followed by Soft-lite/Gorell, Okna.


Mid Grade vinyls are Jeld Wen.

Neither Andersens are good for the price. 400 is okay, but expensive for what you get.

Whatever you do, stay away from Silverline. I think it is a Anderson window derivative.
