looking for any information .......building credit and want a secured credit card that reports to all 3 credit agencies........

Capital One. Another benefit is that they offer such a wide variety of credit cards and credit and general that no one will be able to determine that you are using a secured card.

I'm surprised this didn't get more replies. I've been researching the same thing recently. I started out with AMEX Serve, just to get the hang of having a prepaid card for me to add money, pay monthly bills, and also learning the rewards method. It was somewhat of a trial run.

In my recent search, I have found the following secured credit cards to be rated the best in results:

Capitol One

US Bank Secured Visa

Wells Fargo

First Progress

Open Sky
