I am looking for some compost to fertilize my lawn naturally. Not mulch -- compost. It's not easy to find in New Jersey, at least not in bulk. Maybe I'm not looking in the right places.
Are there any nurseries or farms that anyone knows about that can provide compost? It doesn't have to be free -- I don't mind paying for good compost. I am looking for 2-5 cubic yards (about two F-250 truck beds).
I'm in Lawrenceville-Ewing-Princeton general area and would consider anything within 1-hour driving radius from me.
I have the same issue in Manalapan area. So far no luck. The farm nearby sells chicken manure which doesn't help. This fall I am going to try make my own compost.
