I didn't make that claim and I'm not interested in debating it, but I will point out that the towns that are seeing serious price increases are the close-in train towns, and I don't anything happening that will change that pattern.

I think nj transit lost 10 years because of him. no governor seems to care about NJ transit. For such a dense state, we need to get cars off the road.

Nobody is moving to CT for an NYC commute. It's simply too far. It's a minimum 45-60 minute train ride even from the closest stations in CT. There was recently an article posted on the CT forum about people moving out of that state for a shorter commute.
