NJ is way behind NYC when it comes to Early children education programs.

We don't even have Free Pre-K 4.

We have free 3 and 4 yo daycare/preschool for those who qualify
Everyone else can pay for their own
The last thing we all need is an expansion of the public school system

Not just the Abbotts
And all of the special ed preschools that every town has
