My town, Fanwood has been building such luxury apartment around its downtown and train station.
I've never seen the inside, but they look nice from outside.

You didn't mention anything about the area where you want to live, so it will be hard for people here to help you. You might need to talk to a local realtor. There are tons of "luxury" apartments all over northern NJ, but I don't know how many of them would have furnished apartments.

Fully furnished apartments are typically short term rentals.

They are significantly more expensive than regular term lease apartments.

I considered this as an option for a time. If you search short term lease within Craigslist, and google you will find some places.
