It seems this is a nice location for an Equinox. The options for upscale gyms are slim to none.

Never say never, but there's not a lot of spaces here that would be large enough for a traditional Equinox footprint (maybe somewhere in the W?). There's also a ton of smaller gyms, albeit not as fancy. I think it could do OK, but that seems like a business that is not in the market to expand at the moment. A lot of them took a huge financial hit during COVID.

You right, but just in case you didn't know, Equinox is opening up another location in NoMad in summer 2023.
