did anyone buy a house at "heritage at chesterfield",american properties?i am interested in these townhomes, but just wondering if we can nego tiate or not?only 6 townwhomes left itseems.they are priced at 359.900$.what do u guys think?is this a gud time to buy a house or wait for some time, realtor was telling me that interest rates may go down next year.we are so confused.because we cant afford more than 320k,and we r looking for a new house, decent size and commutable to jersey city,is there any other place(cities),which have good school districts and commuting to jersey city?please share your opinions.thanks.

The commute to JC from Chesterfield would be less than ideal. And that's a bit of an understatement.

Have you looked in Edison or Woodbridge? You won't find new within 320k there but it is a better commute to JC and school districts are good.

Did you look in Village Pointe complex in North Edison? It is newer and might be within 320k.
