Hello. I'm a 29yr old single professional looking for an apartment in the $1500 to $2000 range, can be 1 or 2 bedroom. Ideally within 15 miles or so of Paramus, Saddlebrook and Teaneck (for work), and reasonable parking (so no Hoboken).

I'd like to live in a town that has a lot of other young professionals and is ethnically and culturally diverse with some interesting places to go/things to do around the area. Sure NYC's not far, but it would be nice to have fun local things to do too.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Have you checked out the town of Montclair in Essex Cnty? I'm not sure of the exact mileage from your desired area BUT...it's a fun, young, ethnically diverse town with lots of nightlife & easy access to NYC. It's an easy shot from Montclair to Paramus via the Parkway. Maybe worth checking out...

I have a friends that live in Rutherford and they love it. It has a nice shopping strip and some good restuarants.

Thanks. I'll check these places out. When there's no snow on the ground preferably

Any other places worth checking out?
