Hunterdon Central is one of the largest high schools in the state. It's also regional, so you bring in all types of trash from all over the area, which brings the school down.

Let's put this to bed. Hunterdon Central is in the TOP 15% of SAT scores in the state. Got it? k!

Hey Everyone, I went to JFK in Paterson! Take a gander at those test scores! Of course when I went there, during the late Pleistocene, if you didn't get at least a "1200 combo" you were considered a retard! How times and the students there have changed!

I'm not saying it would make much of a dent in the overall results, especially since the Critical Reading section is essentially a re-tooled Verbal section, but the list states "Average SAT combined math and verbal score" despite the fact that post 2005, there was no verbal section.
The change just added 800 possible points for a writing section. the scores can be compared. People who take the new sat can translate for people who took the old one. For example, "I got a 2250 on the SAT/ which is like a 1500 on the old scale".

I'm mostly just being anal about it.

Oh, and I'm still slightly bitter that the format change occurred exactly around the time when I was taking SAT. The first administering of the new version was March of 2005...which was when I ended up taking it =/

Error in the graph.

1) Go over the graph.
2) Click on the BOTTOM LINE 1994 score is 729. 2007 Score is 676.

It comes up on the same dot as the one illustrated above with scores 1067 and 1099.

Wonder what high school really got those bottom scores.

As someone pointed out, there appears to be an error in the graph.

And no, I REALLY didn't know where it was ranked... thus, my actual surpirise which was why I asked in the first place.
