Hello! I am a student who will be attending UMDNJ- Newark for physical therapy school this summer. I am currently residing in Florida and have been trying to find apartments in the bloomfiled/ montclair area since I know to stay away from Newark itself. Can anyone offer any suggestions on these, or other safe/ student friendly areas to live? And any specific suggestions on apartment complexes to look into? Any help would be appreciated!!!

the usual question: what is your budget ?

Two places you could look at: Harrison and Jersey City. Both are a short train ride from UMDNJ

Budget is up to 900- 1000 / month, hopefully that will include hw/ ht
