I came across a foreclosed home with a twisted history.

Parents(Mr A and Mrs B) bought a property for $100,000 say in year 1999.

Gets foreclosure notices in year 2000.

Transfers property (deed) to their child's name (last name totally off and I bet he/she is a kiddo) for $200,000.

Transfers deed back to parents name in 2006 for $300,000 and takes mortgage from a well known federal chartered bank.

come 2008 foreclosed again.

Today: parents and child evicted from home. Their home listed for $250,000 by this bank even though the owners took kitchen, fixtures, etc with them.

I thought these things happens only in hollywood. Its all real. Gee, I am laughing and crying at the same time.

We should challenge Judge Judy with a question "who should really be put behind bars?" LOL

Those parents or that innocent child or the attorneys who were standing there as witnesses or the municipal town clerks/admins or the lender or me for being ignorant or "just not anybody"?

Smile whose child

apparently this couple may have used a lady and her childs name to jack up prices of their homes. the kid may not be theirs. but the home was so beautifully arranged for the kid..nice playground in large lot, small basket ball etc etc...

very very strange. well who cares...rules are meant to be broken isn't it?

atleast they enjoyed the home from 1997 until now
