My wife and I are considering a move from Hoboken out to RT 78 corridor near the Clinton exit. One area that we found is Franklin Twp in Warren County. Other than all the statistical data could anybody share any insights on this area or the surrounding towns.
I lived in Hunterdon County for 12 years until my move to NC last year. We lived in Holland Township and just loved it. I don't think you can go wrong anywhere in Hunterdon County. I also like Alexandria a lot. Warren County is nice too but I prefer Hunterdon much more.
Franklin Twp., Warren County is very nice. It's rural with tons of farms. Taxes are fairly low by NJ standards and you can get a decent house for a reasonable price. You need to be ready to drive everywhere you need to go. I have been in Warren County (relocated from Essex County) for 13 years and love it. Other areas in Warren County you might consider would be Harmony, Stewartsville, Washington Township or White Township.
