Pennington- Historical Preservation Amendment (Hopewell: homes, design, area)

Is anyone familiar with the Historical Preservation Amendment under discussion in Pennington Borrough? Specifically, is anyone aware of what area it would cover, and what restrictions it would place on rennovations to homes in that area. Thank you.
