As I've tried to say in previous post NM has come a long way in fighting this issue. MADD just released their state rankings and NM is 11th best, no longer are we one of the worst states. MADD states that NM has made tremendous headway in the fight against DUI. That being said, much more still needs to be done like tougher laws for repeat offenders
Tougher laws brought us ridiculous rules like 0.08% BAC is considered drunk.
MADD had/has a lot to do with that.
When I drive a two-lane after dark I don't fear the people who blow 0.08.
It's the 0.16 or so people that make me fearful.
We squander a lot of police resources looking for people who had an extra drink at dinner while the Dana Pabst's and the Gordon House's go on to commit carnage.
I was wondering why I saw so many signs saying to call and report drunk drivers and others signs saying don't throw trash around or you get a fine. Silly so many need to be told what is very obvious to a sane person. So I see there has been or is a now a problem with to many drivers drunk on alcohol..... I will be more cautious in New Mexico.
This ...Reminds me of the road signs in MEXICO that tell and remind drivers to obey the traffic signs. ...lol...lol
If convicted you have a ignition interlock installed in your vehicle. You basically take a breath test before the car will start. If you have more than one vehicle they'll be installed on all of them, and if your caught driving a car without an interlock you will go to jail.
Ah. Then Florida (#12 just under NM) should move up next year, as we do have interlock laws now (that report says we don't). And they're expensive as all heck - offender pays for them, only one authorized source in the state. Verrrrrry pricey. No, it's not me - good friend of mine's daughter had one too many DUI's and she has to use one of those things. She smokes, too, so it makes it harder for her to breathe in the tube.
The shares are regularly used for making money and for profits. Most of the shares are not used completely and half of the issue is used for the swapping of services or to raise assets for the organization.

Shares are usually issue and one does not need to issue all of the shares of a corporation, in fact, most do not.
