They have to drive piles about twice as far as solid land right? One Shell Square is pretty tall...

How about some condos that resembles FQ style housing on Tulane Ave. How about building more housing on NOLA East. Second, how come NOLA don't try to get an auto mfg plant like Miss and Alasince it has a natural port plus trade with Brazil.

Shreveport has a GM plant that's about to be closed.
