This week's been a trip. I've been through three HVAC units. Getting sorted that was awful, including when maintenance took the whole unit out one early afternoon then went home for the day without replacing and re-installing it. Bless the concierge who called up a bunch of people late that night so they could come back and fix it. That unit crapped out after 6 hours, but that wasn't his fault and I appreciated him advocating on my behalf.
Oh, and now I have pneumonia, which my doctor said exacerbated by not having heat for 5 days this week. Fun.

Wow, that really sucks, I’m really this is what you’ve been dealing with the last couple weeks, I hope you’re getting better pneumonia is no joke. If need anything, don’t hesitate
