This development has a big range, from 40%-165%:

This is a converted public school, so interesting architecture (very high ceilings). Not a ton in the way of amenities, though, and the ground floor includes youth facilities, so I suspect it may be on the noisy side during the day. Not too far from the ABCD stop at 145th St., which gets you into Midtown Manhattan in about 20 minutes. 145th St. west of FDB has a Starbucks, a CVS, a NYSC gym, and a grocery. I understand the dining scene's gotten livelier over recent years.

Insane rents at the 165% for this area, but to each their own.

My AMI bracket isn't listed on here, so i'll pass. I know the area well, my son went to the day camp offered by the youth facility (aka Boys & Girls Club of Harlem) on the ground floor of the complex a couple summers ago. No amenities, but good location for commuters. A block and 1/2 from the 1 train, close proximity to Riverbank State Park, and short walk down hill to the ABCD trains on 145th and St. Nicholas. Good luck if you're applying for this one!

I believe the lottery log #'s were just put up..

I got a log# below 100. Does anyone know if they offer units to at all, or everyone is placed on a waitlist for the future?

Heard back from them last week and they stated they had no units available in my income bracket. Only a couple of units in 130 & 165 AMI avail.

I appealed though so we shall see.
