Just called management they told me to get my papers notarized what would
Next process be is this good? She told me its a good step to be in giving the low log number i have

i believe they submit your documents to HPD for approval. looking at other's time lines this is the last stretch. if your stuff checks out you might be offer a viewing/ lease signing within a month or 2.

it's hard to say due to the pandemic but looking at the "How fast did your lottery process move?" thread.

popartist's time line was
Quote:
May 15 - Lottery closed for the building
November 20 - I was first contacted to make an interview appointment
December 12 - had my interview
January 29 - was contacted again to update paperwork
February 1 - completed the update
February 14 - was notified that I was approved for the apartment by the city
February 15 - saw apartment
February 19 - said I'd take it
February 26 - signed lease with a March 15 start.
i just submitted my updated documents also. so i'm hoping for 2 weeks, before i email about following up.
