I get mini lottery re-rental offerings nearly every week, but today was a new one - to buy an HDFC coop. It was a one bedroom in one of the better parts of Crown Heights, 5% down. But carrying cost (on top of mortgage) was way high - for what I don't know. Anyway, not pursuing it because of that plus the price itself is at the top of what I would be able to afford (although it also said it was negotiable!).

Wow! Can I ask what AMI you're in? I have never received a mini lottery / re-rental offering even though I have that option selected on my profile.

We are in the 70-80 AMI and get ML invitations all the time. I would say once or twice a month. You should check your settings and filters. It's worth it.

What filters should I look out for? I have had the option selected for re-rentals for sometime now.

Same here - I am in the 125-130 range and have the re-rentals option selected. So strange!

Under "My Household" scroll down to "Housing Choices" Maybe you set filters/preferences in there that are restrictive.

Yeah I have every borough picked for that but I just changed it because it didn't make a difference for me. I even have that I'm willing to live in a non elevator building. Might just not be my time
