parking-they have a lot

the area is average for BKN, maybe cleaner than average. It's basically Eastern Pkwy to Atlantic, from Flatbush to Utica/Buffalo-ish.

4-5 people from the last hiring round are there as well.

Bx1 is a good garage. There is parking right next to the building and if its all taken parking is usually avail on streets nearby. Heavy district usually 2 trucks totaling 18 tons or so. After a holiday prepare to do well over 20 tons. Dump on shift. Good group of guys though, good supervisors. Good spot to do your probation.

Juicy i have some friends that work in bx8. I dont know all te details but they like it. One is a new guy who stays 6-2 most of the time and makes hours out of town. Not as heavy as bx1 not sure how much they do exactly.

Yeah....I work there so you're screwed. Lol

As my partner in crime, Sadly boy, said its a good garage for probation. 2 loads except late in the week. Open all day. Attracted to BX3 and 4 so lots of guys to meet. With the new guys we have about 44 peeps. Supervisors are all helpful. Your shop stewards are Swain and Pasco so meet them right away and get their numbers. We do baskets for BX1, BX2, and BX3. Parking in front requires getting there early but there are side streets nearby to park on. See Supervisor Soto for lockers but run away if he ever says "do me a favor." Your superintendent is named Bailey. Any questions you can just message me but just show up on time and in uniform and you're golden.

And work gloves (maybe not first day), boots, a pen, and a small pad to take a few numbers down.
