Did anyone else see that footage? On a dime Grimm turned into a cross between Stone Cold Steve Austin, Chuck Norris, and Sonny Corleone. Truly bone chilling. That poor reporter will probably be pooping his pants for weeks.

Michael Grimm is a Sicilian-American congressman, war veteran, former marine and a former CIA agent. Or was it FBI? Whatever.

He's not afraid of that.

Nobody is afraid of anything, it was just a misunderstanding between men

I doubt Grimm has anything to worry about if Scottos crime family couldn't even hook him up with a better job than NY1 reporter.

Well, with a face like his, it's not like he's going to be sitting next to Rosanna Scotto on Fox 5.

On the right we've got a big, husky, muscular guy who (even without the weightlifting and the possible steroid? use) is genetically more or less built to be a fighter (bone mass, thickness, anger, hard hands etc) and on the left we've got a small or slightly built man of gentle hands, a boyish fragility, a non violent mindset and thus a man who was not genetically built to be a tough guy..........In other words, out of a scale of 1-100, the (let's say) man on the right was built to run at a peak 70 MPH and the man on the left was built to run at a peak of 30 MPH.

How much guts would it take for the man on the right to challenge the man on the left to a race?

Suppose that the man on the left were younger, stronger, taller, heavier, far more muscular than the man on the right. The man on the left did something to anger the man on the right. The man on the right was Grimm. The man on the left? Maybe a young Chuck Zito or a young Mike Tyson........What would Grimm's response have been? "Next time I'll throw you off the balcony?" "Forget it, you're a boy?" "I'll break you in half like a boy"? Does Grimm rush him? Threaten him? Vent on him?

Does a man built to go 70 MPH challenge a man built to go 100 MPH to a race?

Suppose that the man on the left angered Grimm and had been Grimm's physical equal. Two 70 MPHs. How would that have played out? Does Grimm get out of control angry against his equal? Or does Grimm tell his equal off in a calm or controlled kind of way?

Best thing anyone could do is not show anger, just walk away and never give Michael Scotto another interview.

Because Scotto may have been allowed to ask Grimm a question that had nothing to do with the Pres State Of The Union address but in another sense Scotto set Grimm up and a fair reporter who wants to keep a good source available to him and a reporter who wants to be respected by the people he interviews does not set up the people he interviews and does not sabotage them with surprise on camera questions. Grimm shouldn't have gotten mad and never should have threatened or even vented on a guy who isn't built to be a fighter but Scotto did show a nasty/nagging side or accusing tone when he surprised Grimm with the off topic question and then proceeded to do a on camera character assassination of Grimm because Grimm wasn't ready to answer Scotto's question.

Is it possible that Grimm's lawyers told him not to say anything about the allegations?

Don't we have innocence until proven guilty?

Grimm is an idiot and deserves to be voted the out of office. However there's little to no chance of that because his constituents are convinced that Republicans have their best interests in mind. I don't get it especially when the majority of Staten island residents are middle or lower middle class and last I checked Republicans have nothing to offer these people other than stopping gay marriage.

Also, enough of the mafia insinuations. Most Italian Americans have no such connections and to keep repeating such stereotypes just displays ignorance.
