Is Flushing, Jamica, Springfield Gardens, Hampstead, or Garden City included in the New York City tax?

Garden City and Hempstead are in Long Island.

Flushing and Jamaica are in Queens.

Therefore, I'd assume they would be included in NYC tax, yet GC and Hempstead would not.
