They have kept the fish market there if the shopping center always had problems generating a profit....what a waste

they are closing and renovating the property. it will reopen in a couple of years. they should open a movie theater to service the battery park area.

There is a Regal movie theater at Battery Park...

maybe if that dam helicopter terminal was banned and no longer there it would be more peaceful and desireable to be at.
The last time I went last summer the tourist helicopters that take off and land right next to it gave me a migrane, i had to leave. it ruined the whole outside experience.
i would never go back again.

helicopter noise is horrid
