what does she do there? I would just call the general information line
She is head of the clinic. My husband submitted the letter from his dr. Like they asked him to do and said they would review it. We haven't heard anything yet so he wanted to give her a call. He is going down there tomorrow instead. Phone calls and leaving messages seem to be a waste of time since no one calls you back.

Gotcha....well...she's definitely not the head of the clinic....cause that's a guy. But I would call general info for her. I think I said this to someone else but do not ever expect much of anything during winter from DSNY. Not from boros, clinic, hr, everything just goes into chaos lol. Some of these groups regular san men helping all year then lose them this time of year and fall into chaos

Maybe his name is Ean because I've heard that name a few times. We will see tomorrow. Hopefully someone will be able to help him. Thanks again for writing.
If a guy you got beat is going out of town..you can't bump him?
You can bump him unless you can't go out of town because of coming back from a chart, vacation etc.. or if you are a night signee and there is a night spot you can fill and he is not a night signee.

Ah yeah she's the director. Above her is a few all the way up to the chief of the medical division but they probably just do paperwork most of the time and you wouldn't need to chat with them I suppose
