Tragic. That poor little handsome boy's father may deserve jail time for negligence, and his mother may deserve jail time for giving him that awful name.

We cannot criticize the lifestyle that leads to these incidents. We all know that it is my type of family that is the problem, not theirs. Nothing to see here.

The most horrible thing about this is that the guy who committed this horrible crime could have simply just called up ACS and told them the little boy had been abandoned and that he wasn't able to care for him.

Hey now, we don't want to offend anyone here. IT identifies as a female. Let's play nice and progressive as good citizens always do, okay?

Do we know if the monster has female or male genitals? Would they jail the monster with other male inmates or with female inmates?

I know Rikers used to have a gay ward for gays and transgenders, but I don't think they do anymore. If it's still anatomically male, they'd probably put it with the male prisoners in genpop unless it asked for protection, ie solitary.

How do you know what sex she identifies as? And why does it even matter in this case?

Gender identify is mental and can be self-declared BUT as for sex, that is not changeable; since sex is fully based off of your reproductive system. There is a difference:

Man/Woman= Gender

Male/Female= Sex

My friends who do child protection specialist work at ACS declared this is easier said than actually done.

Then drop the boy off at a hospital, or a public place where the police would have to be called in to find the child's parents. My point is the guy did not have to commit murder just because he thought he was "stuck" with the child.
