too many established unyuppifiable residents there so it is a no.
just like asking if all the asian towns throughout nyc will be yuppified or not.

I lived in Jackson Heights growing up from 1970-1991. During that time the area saw so many changes, in the early 70s there wasn't Little India there. The 70s and 80s were crazy with drugs and prostitution on Roosevelt Avenue and the area. We were always told that the yuppies were going to take over the area and it didn't happen as you can see!

The 90s still had a lot of drugs and prostitution on Roosevelt Avenue. Currently, there are "massage" parlors on Roosevelt, plus some of the strippers are hookers.
