This outfit (levelsolar.com) seems on the up and up from what little I could find on BBB, glass-door, yelp, and solarreviews. Consistently highly reviewed, no up front costs for installation, people a year in seem fairly happy. There were maybe just two negatives I noted (one on yelp, a lady said they made a small hole in her roof, but subsequently fixed it to her satisfaction after about month of back and forth, and some employees noting that there is something of a mania for cult'ish marketing of the company/product, making sales above all else.

Otherwise, couldn't find anything, but I don't want to feel like I'm missing something before an upcoming scheduled proposal/estimate meeting. Has anyone else on the CD forums had any experience with them? Or YSG, Vivint, SunNATION, etc? Thanks in advance for your time and input, and happy holidays to all.

My problem is that if I have a solar installation I want the savings. Paying someone for the power generated on my roof seems all wrong, no matter how much less than Con Ed would charge. More wrong if I still pay 75%.
The questions to ask:
How much will I be charged per Kwhr for the electricity I make and use?
Who gets any rebates that are offered?

A good read, DH:

You might want to compare the structure of your contract:
