There's been an atmospheric high-pitched noise in the air around Dykeman Ave for weeks. No one seems to know what it is? Anyone else noticing it?

Where do you go to complain about this type of atmospheric noise, especially when you don't know where it's coming from?

Maybe call 311? That's what people did when they smelled the maple syrup odor. When 311 got 80 calls about it, they sent someone to investigate.

Alright. Seems like the only recourse, although good-luck to me surrounded by my apathetic and downtrodden neighbours up here. Nice article. Thanks.
