Hello
Just wanted to start a thread on the waiting list. I called the other day and they didn't start calling yet. here are some links Waiting List Open for Affordable Co-Ops in Woodside | Brownstoner Queens and of course the actual big six website Big Six Towers Cooperative Housing in Woodside, NY . I am low 20s on the 2 bedroom list. Anyone can feel from to comment or give more personal input on the big six.

Yeah this is option 2. I actually am next number on a manhattan mitchell lama. So I'm hoping to get that first. I try to apply for most of the mitchell lama waiting lists I see. The Housing Preservation and Development website is not as easy as it was before to find mitchell lama open lists.

Only Penn South is better.
In a heartbeat for either.
