Hi guys,

I was called in for an interview, actually tonight, was wondering what kind of procedure this would entail? This is my first time chosen for a lottery and a bit nervous. Is this just an interview to summit all my income paperwork only? Please help if possible Thanks.

Congrats on the apartment, I'm going in for my interview tonight and a bit nervous. Would you know if they have anymore choices left if I'm lucky enough to get an apartment? I'm hoping for a 1 bedroom....seems like they have already chosen quite a few people for apartments already and don't know what my chances are now

You will be bringing in the required documents. Thats pretty much it.

They will double check and berify you have the correct documents and then submit it.

NLUM, How did your intake go? Did you inquire about number of available 1-beds/studios? What was your log number? You can mask the last few digits with "X"s? Do you have any preferences?

I was nervous but apparently it was just to get all my paperwork and make sure that I had everything which I did. Unfortunately, my profit sharing doc was old 2015 and I haven't gotten the 2016 docs yet (because it is given out later the following year which means I don't get the docs until later this year for the 2016) she said they might reject me because of that if they think the information is old 😕. Also, I might not get it cause of credit check. So it seems hopeless at this point 😔.

My log number was 1047.

ThanKS for your response. I don't think they can penalize you for information that is not avaliable to you and I haven't heard anyone on this forum speak about bring denied due to credit....so don't lose hope.

Thank you....I'm still holding on to some hope that I might get a one bedroom but I'm thinking even if I do get an apartment it would probably be slim pickings and honestly after factoring in the electricity, water and AC expenses it might push the rent to be too high for me....so let's see.

I'm curious to know are only certain floor plans allocated for the affordable housing lottery? I was looking at the floor plans and would really love the D line floor plan for a one bedroom....but is that even an option for us?

I'm not sure actually! But could you let me know where you saw that floor plan? I'm curious to see the other ones too. I know all the letter lines are similar but they're not identical. Like, the A line will have slightly different dimensions on floor 2 than it will on floor 14 but ultimately be the same layout.
