I attack my outdoors adventures pretty seriously. As a matter of fact, introducing addicts to the outdoors is probably a decent therapy technique.

Getting them to do anything is a decent therapy technique. Which is why welfare is so damaging, it gives them stuff for free and they have nothing to do with their time but get high/drunk.

I have to admit that I agree with NYwriter.

Didn't Jesus say to teach a man to fish rather than to give him a few?

Why is that? Because all the opiod addicted white trash on Staten Island might be related to cops and firefighters?

I find it amusing that junkies are all of a sudden victims. Personally, middle class and upper middle class drug addicts are far worse than drug addicts who grew up poor.
When you buy a pack of cards, it comes with 52 Ace of Spades, doesn't it?

This shows how think and weak your support for opioid addicts or addicts of any drugs are. You laugh and giggle with others about potentially injuring these same people then switch back to "loving" them. You are a joke.

No, he didn't. Perhaps you're thinking of a popular old wives tale as well as a Chinese proverb that goes "give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime."

Jesus said to Simon Peter and Andrew "follow me and I will make you fishers of men". Matthew 4:19.

Wrong here too -- there is no scripture stating to love the devil.
