Do you think they were "trouble makers"?

Most people will call them patriots or freedom fighters. What makes people resisting the trump regime any different?
Are you actually trying to compare those protests to the Boston Tea Party?

And you're serious?

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha ha! Oh man, thanks for my early morning laugh.

Not even close, bud.

The boston tea party, civil rights marches, etc had a LOT more justification. What struggles do people (in the USA) have today that come close to taxation without representation or jim crow?

How many cases have we seen on t.v. where rich white men commit how many crimes but can walk free becaude their parents are loaded? Many do have a sense of invincibility. One of the worst things I saw on t.v.
was this women who was beat to a pulp by her controlling abusive boyfriend. She died due to internal bleeding. You should have heard his rap sheet. He killed her becaude she wanted to break up with him. But like many Americans, there is that sense of this is mine and I own this, except in this case it was a human and the notion was magnified times 100. This is their mentality. It isn't somrthing to be taken lightly. Those same men will rape a woman and say that she wanted it. There are a lot of men out there like trump. They are complete narcasists.
Another taking things to extremes

What are you talking about "mad"? I think it's hilarious that the left is melting down. It's even more hilarious that they are pretending to stand for anything that they don't already have. Comparing a bunch of people crying about their lady parts is not even comparable to people telling the British government that they would not stand for taxation without representation.

The left believes they are some kind of freedom fighters....that is funny stuff right there.

My point was that you will go ahead and say that the Boston tea party was okay, but then cry about someone smashing a window or burning a trash can at a protest. Don't you see the double standard?

The point is that when people protest when people rebel against policies they don't like or rulers they find oppressive, that doesn't fit inside your neat tidy definition of what protest should look like.

Do you think the American Revolution would have been successful if they didn't damage property or violence? Of course not!

That is your opinion. In my opinion Americans do have a lot to be angry about

-income inequality has never been greater, a few billionaires like Trump own all the wealth
-People of color are getting gunned down in the street everyday in a way that whites are not
-our tax dollars are being used for drone strikes and wars on 7 countries, yet the government claims there is no money for education, housing, repairing infrastructure, or healthcare
-the new president of the United States is xenophobic, mysognyistic, and racist
-wages remain stagnant while our cost of living keeps rising

These are some of the main reasons millions of people marched over the weekend. The civil rights movement, women's movement, etc... these movements do not END they have made gains, but they will continue so that they can protect these gains and win more gains for future generations

Why bother denying you're mad when you're going to fume for 6 more sentences immediately after?
