Main difference is that I buy less to drink since I'm not as thirsty (usually just sparkling or still water since rarely drink any soda or juice - too much sugar), but I eat about the same or maybe a little more in the winter. Trips to Whole Foods are still usually twice a week or thereabouts. Slight difference in what I buy though or order out. Will eat more seafood in the summertime (squid - grilled or fried, mussels, scallops and shrimp are my usual suspects) and also tend to eat more lamb for some reason (lamb burger and gyro are the usual suspects). Will do more roasting in the winter though - love roasting organic potatoes in olive oil with some sea salt and some sort of light meat on the side.

I'm definitely cooking and baking more, now that it's not as awful to have the oven on for long periods of time. I either shop on my way home from work, getting a few bags of groceries, or I go when I have the car out (either on moving night for alt side, or on weekends). I wouldn't say the cold affects that for me either way, my schedule remains the same, and I pass grocery stores often. I did however decide against making a return to TJ Maxx yesterday - not so much because of the cold, but mostly because I didn't feel like it.
Doesn't change my grocery habits, though I might go to more soupy places in the winter than the summer. Generally I buy more soup as it's more often on sale during the winter at Key Food ($1 cans of Progresso!).
During the cold weather I try to plan my trips to the grocery according to the outdoors (meaning I don't want to have go out just to buy food if there is a snowstorm or sub-freezing temperatures).
It has *NOT* been that cold outside and you cannot hack going to the store?
We had one day or so of temps that barely got below 32F and some are acting as if that polar vortex is back. Aside from those instances we have not had a true hard core really cold for prolonged periods in the city for years.
