I’m not Irish but would love to find a good Irish place to celebrate St. Patrick’s this Saturday. Anyone have suggestions. I’m in Queens if that helps.

Hoboken? lol

I would say, McSorley's Old Ale House, The Landmark Tavern and probably Neary's. They are old classic Irish places, although Neary's is probably a bit more upscale.

Most people bar-hop, though.

Or if you can't afford the plane ticket, go to Woodlawn or Rockaway Park

McSorley's is gonna be absolutely swamped, even on a regular Saturday night it's hard to find a seat.

Don't go to McSorley's. That place is a tourist trap and will most likely be so crowded you will be waiting outside forever to get in and will be packed to the brim. I would suggest that you find a local pub and go with some buddies. It will be a zoo all over the city. Everyone will be celebrating and do what Irish people do well, and that is drinking and fighting afterwards
