Found it, Thank you. It's that WPA style building on the left about 3 doors West of 86th. I should have recalled it because it is next door to a doctor I used for a short while


Kallos' office has big brass plaque " Office if City Council" on the building right next to the shirtl flight if stairs leading to his door (always open.)

It's handier for me than you. I'm closer to 86th. It's unusual that a day goes by when I'm not on 86th, and the subway is right there. I use the Chase branches on 90th and Third, 86th and Second, and 86th and Lex pretty interchangeably. Everyone was complaining about all the Chase branches that got opened up. As a customer, I find it very convenient. Chase used to have a deal with Duane Reade to have ATMs in their stores. That made it even more convenient. But that deal ended, and Citibank took it over.
