Ironically it's right across the street from a homeless shelter, and a few blocks down the PJ's. These developers must be out of their minds buildings this.
There is a much smaller private apartment going up a few blocks away on Strauss street. The renderings for it look nice, but like I said these developers are out of their minds.
LMAO. We'll really see "luxury" when these apartments have bidets... I haven't come across one yet with it. My first apartment had one. Of course we don't have the water issue cost like they do in Europe.

LOL! I don't think I ever actually used it. I just turned it on out of curiosity. More of a showoff piece than anything, but the Europeans use it for sure. If you don't want to shower and just want to hit the "main spots", the bidet is the way to go or if you want to clean up back there after #2 I guess.
