I am concern if another neighbor takes it as some kind of taunt, and in return bring back the cake and throw it at my face.

I'd never eat something a neighbor gave me. I'm usually on the opposite end where I am the quiet neighbor and my neighbors are noisy. But If a neighbor I had complained to before about being noisy came to me with an apology cake, I'd naturally assume they poisoned it.

I share food with my neighbors all the time. Maybe it's just the aloha way

I wouldn't throw the cake back (I don't have that in me) but I definitely wouldn't eat it. I'll be all sorts of suspicious.

Im with you on this one!!!

I would assume that they put period blood in it, or semen, or spit, or buggers, or little pieces of dog **** or worse, their own ****.

This is NYC, people are nasty and I would never, ever eat anything from a neighbor.

What kind of person plays loud music at 3 AM? He has the audacity to show his face too.
