How does housing connect notify you if you win the lottery? Do they send you an email if you applied online or only call? I made the mistake of listing both my cell (which I only use) and my landline (which I never use) and someone left a voicemail on my landline, and the voicemail was so unintelligible that all I could hear was "Your apartment". and then I mistakenly deleted it because I didn't think it was official, and then thought, "Oh, darn, maybe it's from housing connect!" What should I do? Does housing connect try to reach you in more than one way if you win a lottery? Going forward, only my cell is listed on my housing connect profile, but what if this call is from one of the buildings and the message the woman left is now not retrievable. HELP!

Well, if they can't reach you, they will eventually send you a letter saying that you are disqualified for not responding to their communication. You can try to appeal then, but I don't know how they look at people claiming not to have gotten messages left at the phone number they themselves provided.

If you never get calls at that landline, can't you *69 them?

(P.S. "Housing Connect" doesn't reach out to you, an agency hired by an individual developer does.)

Why put down a number you never use? its like putting an address where you don't live at lol.

Look at your phone bill online and see what number they called from and call them back. more then likely they just called a list of numbers to see who still wants the apartments. Housing Connect does not give you any info to track your log number to see where you are in the process so its a no go for info, and chances are if you call the property developer you will get a machine or a receptionist that have no idea where to direct your inquiry (been there, almost cursed them out cause it was like talking to a 5 year old).

When I used Housing Connect all communications were done through email, or mobile number. Then there was the physical mail letting me know I didn't qualify because I made too much or too little. I gave up as I got nowhere, you might get further than I did.
