Where would you find people from the Central African Republic or Chad?
If there are people from Chad in NYC, I am willing to bet you can find them in Parkchester, at the progressive Parkchester mosque run by a guy from I believe Gambia (not far from Chad).

Gurock (who grew up in Parkchester, resides in Riverdale), entitled "Parkchester: A Bronx Tale of Race and Ethnicity", reviewed as "the eight-decade history of a New York neighborhood". Wow wow wow just wow - somebody wrote a book for me!!!!
