Obviously Midtown, Downtown, and the area in between are the primary ones, but what are the main secondary ones and how would you rank them?

For the ones within the city, the obvious ones are downtown Brooklyn with DUMBO and the Navy Yard, LIC, and downtown Flushing, but are there are other obvious, sizable ones?

Outside the city is downtown Jersey City, and further out are downtown Newark, downtown White Plains, and maybe downtown Norwich and Stamford. Are there other major ones?

Oh yea, I can see that. I don’t know if there are any major employers in the public or private sector there, but then again, downtown Flushing doesn’t really have a major anchor employer either.
