I've never been in that particular outlet. But I wandered into one local to me, drawn in by the presence of the McRib. I wasn't impressed.

I never ventured into that McDonald's back during my Village bar hopping days. The Waverly Diner across 6th Avenue was better, and they served alcohol.

It's been a while, but I liked the Waverly Diner.

I went in there a day or two after 9/11. As I was walking up, there were fully armed National Guardsmen gathering outside. When I saw that, I figured the local wouldn't be happy. When I went into the diner, yup they were aghast at the armed soldiers.

Did anyone here who actually went to that McD ever try to use the bathroom!? I did. I could no longer hold it. The manager used his key to get a crack head out so I could pee. There was poop smeared all over the walls. Not joking. Lol. This was 20 years ago. Lol.

Those were the days.
