I remember reading stories about her and her son. She is from Argentina.

I am surprised that she is still alive and no one has KOed her.

It's funny because I am on the Upper East often, and I have never seen here before. Then again my subway usage isn't that frequent, so maybe that's why.

She spit on someone’s child and she’s still alive? Holy sh*t.

Come to think of it saw the nephew outside Starbucks on 80th and Second several months ago. He gained weight so guess was put away for a bit. Three hots and a cot will do that to a guy if he doesn't take advantage of exercise.

Haven't seen (nor heard) his aunt (spitting lady) in area since her arrest. Thought they put her away or something.... Don't ride "A" train often so those that do has my sympathies....

Is she really homeless or what's the story? Doesn't look dirty or anything.

Yes, she and the nephew were homeless; people would see them coming out of a long abandoned building on First though, but how they could have gotten in and remained is a mystery. LL certainly by law and or to protect himself against liability would have had that building locked up tight.

Know several persons in area who reported seeing her a local bank, so that was their first clue she wasn't "poor". As have stated previously have seen many local homeless at area banks, so that isn't unusual.

Wonder what happened to that $20 large she was carrying around at time of arrest. Did NYPD confiscate and return, or just the former.
